Dear International Students,
Please be informed that for the renewal of your student pass, a copy of your passport must be submitted to our International Student Visa Office 3 (Three) months prior to your student pass expiry date.
Please raise a ticket via helpdesk at https://cyberjaya.edu.my/helpdesk/ and click on the icon for “International Student Visa Matters.” After doing so, hand in your physical passport to the International Student Visa Office at UG Floor immediately after a ticket is raised.
If you are unable to submit your passport due to any unavoidable travels you have made within that period, please hand in your passport to the International Office immediately after returning to Malaysia or not later than 1 month prior to the expiry date in order to avoid disruption in the renewal process.
All International students are strongly discouraged to make any travel plans two months prior your student pass expiry date as it will likely cause late approval.
Failure to adhere to these instructions will incur an overstay compound as per regulations set by Malaysia’s Immigration Department.
