The university was featured in New Straits Times on 22nd August 2018. The Star article highlighted the Bangladesh Relief and Care Expedition (BRACE) 2018 that was held from 22 to 28 July 2018. Over 40 students from CUCMS participated in an international humanitarian mission to provide much-needed health screening and medical assistance for the poor community in Dhaka.
